A beautiful display specimen of the ammonite Dactylioceras commune, collected from Whitby, UK. This specimen is Jurassic in age and part of the Upper Lias – a group of rocks deposited between the Late Triassic and Early Jurassic. This specimen measures 7-8cm and weighs approximately 415g. it also displays pyritisation. Due to the valuable nature of our display specimens, they will all go via courier only. This specimen will come in a white card tray with an information label.
